Create your own personal mission statement that addresses these issues. What one short little phrase, paragraph or caption states your philosophy on life in a nutshell? Once you have stated your mission statement, create a cover page, including your mission statement, full legal name and title. Make this interesting, creative and have meaning.

Look back at your autobiography that you wrote at the beginning of this class. Are you taking steps to accomplish these goals?, Revisit/rewrite your goals for the remainder of the school year and include three steps of how you will accomplish each of these goals.
